Sick Leave:
Paid after thirty days of employment with supervisor discretion.
Sick slip must be filled out in detail and turned in with time card.

Rate of $18 2-Party $24.92 or Family every two weeks.
Premiums for medical and dental insurance tax deferred under 125 Cafeteria plan.

Holiday Pay:
Eight paid holidays after thirty days of employment at Arnold.
1 of the 8 is a floating holiday requiring 6 months of employment at Arnold.

Vacation:
Two weeks paid after one year.
Three weeks paid after seven years.
Four weeks paid after twenty years.

401 (k):
Available after 30 days employment without matching.
Arnold matches .50 on the dollar up to three percent of wages after 1 year employment on April 1st or October 1st.
Choice of twelve options conservative to aggressive.

Life Insurance:
Base annual salary at time of death.
Premium paid by company.

Dependent Life Insurance:
$2,000 on each dependent is .42 cents per payday.

Disability Insurance:
Short term and long term.
Premium paid by company.
Pays 60 percent of base wage.

Accidental Insurance:
Accidental death and dismemberment policy at associates expense.
Premium deducted every payroll.

Bonus Programs:
Eligible upon one full fiscal year of employment.
   1. Divisional Return on Assets Bonus.
   2. Corporate Discretionary Bonus.

Additional Cafeteria Program:
Annual tax deferred savings program for medical and child care expense during our fiscal year.
Sign-up October 1st, runs through September 30th. You need to "use it or lose it".

Tool Purchase Program:
After six months employment - Limit $500
   - $25 deducted per paycheck up to $ 250
   - $35 deducted per paycheck up to $ 500

Company Stock:
Ten shares issued on anniversary date after five years employment.
Fifteen shares after ten years.
Twenty shares after fifteen years.
Twenty-five shares after twenty.
Five shares every year after twenty.
Annual dividend on issued shares.

Credit Union:
Hercules Credit Union

Education Reimbursement:
2/3 tuition & books.
1/3 up front 1/3 upon receipt of passing grade.
Limit $1,000 per semester.

Long Term Care:
Individual contract available 30 days after hire and at January open-enrollment
